Also,her phone does not ring, but goes directly to her recorded answering message. 2 bars on the working phone and was told towers are out in my area. Keep in mind, this is a pretty heavily populated area with hundreds of thousands of people either living or travelling through this area EVERY DAY. I have submitted over 100 "Mark the Spots" cases with AT&T and it hasn't improved at all. Antennas on towers are not involved. It would have been nice to be told the truth when I called tech to inquire about it. Your hotspot device has its own antenna. My question is was he in the locations it shows just timimg is off. I returned both phones back via the prepaid labels in the boxes I received 2 weeks ago but still haven't heard from at&t.
